1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1 Overview
999qq is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. This document ("Terms & Conditions") serves as a legally binding agreement between 999qq and all individuals who use its services.

1.2 Eligibility
To open an account and use the services on 999qq, the following conditions must be met:

2. Account Rules
2.1 Registration & Identity Verification
You must provide accurate personal information when registering on 999qq. We reserve the right to carry out identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be closed and the associated balance forfeited.
2.3 Account Suspension & Closure
999qq reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason without prior notice, especially if:
- Any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
- Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- An attempt to abuse bonuses is made.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on 999qq is ৳300. We currently support the following payment methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions apply when making a withdrawal request:
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.
- Winnings associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements for any active bonus have not been met.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3.3 Currency & Fees
All transactions on 999qq are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 999qq does not impose any transaction fees of its own; however, fees charged by the payment service provider may apply and are determined according to that provider's own rules.
4. Bonus & Promotional Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
999qq offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements
Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 total must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- No bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- Wagering contributions may differ for specific games.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time period after claiming a bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
999qq takes bonus abuse very seriously. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account closed:
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the same bonus offer.
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing low-risk bets.
- Claiming bonuses using a false identity or false information.
5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Game Rules
All games on 999qq are governed by specific rules. The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. 999qq reserves the right to void any results or amounts that are abnormally high due to a technical error.
5.2 Fair Play & Security
999qq follows SSL encryption and fair play policies. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all games, keeping the outcome of every round completely impartial and unpredictable. No player or third party can influence these outcomes in any way.
Any attempt to influence the system through fraudulent software, bots, automation tools, or any other method is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
5.3 Prohibited Activities

- Fraud, hacking, or attempting a cyberattack.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.

- Unauthorised access to another user's account.

6. VIP Program & Rewards Policy
6.1 VIP Levels & Benefits
999qq has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher levels through regular gaming. Each level includes a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6.2 Rewards & Points Cancellation Policy
If an account is closed due to a violation of these terms and conditions, all VIP points, cashback, and bonuses associated with that account will be cancelled. 999qq reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP program at any time.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Use of Personal Information
999qq collects, stores, and uses your personal information — primarily for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.
